All part-time placements include a thorough search, curated candidate presentation, and full coordination through hire. The tier you choose determines your guaranteed weekly hours and replacement coverage.
Role Change Policy: Families may not reduce hours, compensation, or scope at the end of the placement process to move into a lower fee tier. Any changes must be submitted to the agency in writing prior to offer. The agency reserves the right to enforce the original placement fee based on the role as presented at search initiation.
