FEE STRUCTURE
LONG TERM PLACEMENTS FULL-TIME
Guaranteed hours: 35 or more hours per week
Placement fee:

15–18% of the nanny’s estimated annual gross compensation, or
-
$7,500 minimum placement fee, whichever is greater
Includes:

A four (4) month replacement guarantee

A one-year On-Call Sitter Membership
NANNY SHARE PLACEMENT
(FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME)
Placement fee:

18% of the nanny’s estimated annual gross compensation, or
-
$7,500 minimum placement fee, whichever is greater
Includes:

A four (4) month replacement guarantee

A one-year On-Call Sitter Membership
TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS
Placement fee:

20% of total gross compensation, or
-
$1,500 minimum for placements of one month or less, plus
-
$1,000 for each additional month, whichever is greater
Replacement guarantee:

Thirty (30) days for placements exceeding two (2) months
LONG TERM PLACEMENTS PART-TIME
Limited Part-Time Placement (No Replacement Guarantee)
Guaranteed hours: Fewer than 25 hours per week
Placement fee: $5,500 flat rate
Replacement guarantee: None

Standard Part-Time Placement
(30-Day Replacement Guarantee)
Guaranteed hours: 25–34 hours per week
Placement fee:

$6,500 minimum, or
-
16% of the nanny’s estimated annual gross salary, whichever is greater
Replacement guarantee: Thirty (30) days from the nanny’s start date

Extended Protection Part-Time Placement
(Four-Month Replacement Guarantee)
Guaranteed hours: 25–34 hours per week
Placement fee:

16% of the nanny’s estimated annual gross salary, or
-
$7,500 minimum placement fee, whichever is greater
Replacement guarantee: Up to four (4) months from the nanny’s start date
BABY NIGHT NURSE/DOULA
20% of total gross compensation or $3,800 minimum (whichever is greater).
SPECIALTY PLACEMENTS
(PERSONAL ASSISTANT, HOUSEHOLD MANAGER)
20% of annual compensation or $8,500 minimum (whichever is greater).
SEARCH INITIATION FEE - $350 (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Covers the initial consultation, job description creation, and initial sourcing of candidates.
FINAL PLACEMENT FEE

Due upon hiring of a nanny, prior to the nanny's official date.
