Request Event Care
Tell us your event type, date, venue, number of children, ages, and approximate hours needed. Use our consultation booking link or email us directly.

We Match Your Caregivers
We select vetted, background-checked caregivers appropriate for your event size and child age range. For larger events, we provide a ratio of one caregiver per 4–5 children.

Pre-Event Coordination
We confirm logistics with your venue or event coordinator, setup space, check-in process, emergency contacts, and any special needs or allergies for the children attending.

Day-Of Care
Our caregivers arrive early, set up the children's space, and manage all childcare throughout your event. You enjoy your occasion and we handle everything else.

Wrap-Up & Check-Out
Children are checked back out to their parents at event end. We clean up the care area and confirm all children are safely returned before leaving the venue.

All event care is quoted based on the number of children, hours, and caregivers needed. The rates below are starting guides, contact us for a custom quote for your event.

A $150 booking coordination fee applies to all event care requests. Sitter compensation is paid directly to the caregiver at their agreed rate.

Booking notice
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard events, and at least 2 weeks in advance for weddings and large corporate events to ensure we can match the right team for your occasion. We do our best to accommodate shorter notice when availability allows.
