My path into founding Cherry Creek Nanny Agency started long before the business itself. Growing up in Chicago, I joke that my entrepreneurial spirit showed up early, around age 10, I created a full business plan trying to start a neighborhood summer daycare. That passion evolved into years of teaching piano, tutoring, and working with children in Montessori settings.
Before founding CCNA, I spent 4 years working for a high-end Chicago agency, where I developed deep expertise in the placement process from the inside. When I moved to Colorado, I saw a real need for a more thoughtful, supportive process for both families and nannies, and Cherry Creek Nanny Agency was born in 2018. Nearly 8 years later, we've grown into a nationally expanding agency, recently featured in Voyage Denver, with placement coordinators now serving Texas, New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Chicago area.
