I’m Ruth Regan, founder of Cherry Creek Nanny Agency, with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and music. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to nurturing children's development and supporting families in finding trusted, high-quality childcare. My passion for connecting families with exceptional caregivers led me to establish Cherry Creek Nanny Agency, where we prioritize thoughtful placements that foster meaningful, long-term relationships.

As the Placement Assistant at Cherry Creek Nanny Agency, I bring over three years of experience in helping families find the right childcare solutions. My role goes beyond simply matching nannies with families—it is about understanding each family's unique needs, values, and expectations to ensure a seamless and successful placement. By carefully assessing both childcare providers and families, my goal is to create lasting connections that foster stability, trust, and peace of mind.

In addition to placement coordination, I help maintain an organized and up-to-date database, ensuring that every match is based on accurate and detailed records of nanny qualifications and availability. My expertise in graphic design, web development, data entry, and administrative tasks supports the agency’s operations, streamlining processes and enhancing the overall experience for both families and caregivers. Every aspect of my work is dedicated to making the placement process as smooth, efficient, and rewarding as possible.

FRIAH DAIRO
INTERVIEWER
As an Interviewer at Cherry Creek Nanny Agency, I play a key role in screening and evaluating childcare applicants to ensure the highest standards of care for the families we serve. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and bring experience from both HR and clinical settings, including work at an autism foundation center. With a calm, thoughtful, and professional approach, I conduct in-depth interviews, review qualifications, and use scenario-based questions to gain a clear understanding of each candidate’s experience, personality, and childcare philosophy, ensuring strong alignment with family values and expectations.

Beyond interviews, I maintain accurate and well-organized applicant records, carefully documenting credentials, availability, and strengths while upholding strict confidentiality. I work closely with the placement team to support informed decision-making and successful, long-term matches. Outside of work, I enjoy caring for cats, which reflects the same patience, attentiveness, and empathy I bring to evaluating caregivers and supporting families.
