To assist you in your search for a childcare provider, our placement counselor will help you to define your needs and requirements.
Before selecting a nanny to represent our agency, a demanding and thorough screening process is implemented. All searches include an extensive and personal interview, as well as background checks, reference checks, and prior employment history.
Once we have determined that a candidate meets our standards and matches our criteria, we allow them to be introduced to families and help facilitate candidate interviews and working trials. To begin the process of finding the perfect nanny:

*All nanny placements now require a minimum guarantee of 20 hours per week. We no longer facilitate long-term or temporary placements for fewer than 20 hours. For childcare needs below 20 hours, you may explore our On-Call Sitter Membership for added flexibility.
