AGENCY CRITERIA

3+ Years Professional Experience
At least 3 solid years of professional childcare or nannying experience with non-family members and verifiable references.
🇺🇸
U.S. Work Authorization
Must live within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. throughout the placement.
🚗
Valid Driver's License & Vehicle
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of a fully insured, reliable personal vehicle.
🏥
CPR / First Aid Certified
Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification before the start of any childcare-related position.
🎂
21 Years of Age or Older
All candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for placement with our agency.
🔒
Background & Drug Screen Ready
Willingness and ability to pass a comprehensive motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen if requested by the client.

Recent, Verifiable References
Able to provide relevant childcare references from the last 5 years — from non-family members only.

Minimum 1-Year Commitment
Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year in the role offered — for permanent placements only.

STEP 2 — INTERVIEW
Virtual Interview with Our Team
Schedule a virtual interview with one of our placement coordinators. We'll review your experience, availability, preferences, and walk you through what families we have that could be a great fit.

STEP 3 — MEET THE FAMILY
Virtual Family Interview
If a family is interested in your profile, you'll start with a virtual interview, a casual, two-way conversation to see if your personalities and expectations are aligned.

STEP 4 — MEET AND GREET
In-Person Meet & Greet
If the virtual interview goes well, you'll meet the family in person, usually at their home. This is your chance to meet the children, see the environment, and ask your own questions.

STEP 5 — TRIAL
Paid 1–3 Day Working Trial
Before any commitment is made, you'll complete a paid 1–3 day working trial with the family. This gives both sides a real sense of day-to-day fit, no surprises.

STEP 6 — NANNY-FAMILY AGREEMENT
Congratulations — Offer Letter Time!
If the family chooses to hire you, we step in to negotiate the final details, ensuring both you and the family are happy with all arrangements. Once everyone agrees, offer letters are signed and your journey together begins!
