Carefully review our agency criteria below:

At least 3 solid years of professional childcare/nannying experience (non-family members) and verifiable references.

At least 21 years of age
-
Live within the United States and are legally authorized to work within the U.S.

Willingness and ability to pass a comprehensive motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen (if requested by the client)

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of a fully insured reliable vehicle
-
Can provide relevant childcare-related references from the last 5 years (non-family member)
-
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification before the start of any childcare-related position
-
Willingness to make a commitment of a minimum of 1 year to the role they are offered (permanent placements only)

The final step is the Nanny Offer Letter/Agreement! Should the family you are interviewing with choose to hire you, we are ready to negotiate the final details.
Our job is to ensure that both the provider and client are happy with their future arrangements. Once everyone has come to an agreement, the offer letters are then signed and your journies together begin!
