We are looking for a professional full-time nanny, preferably someone with at least 2 years of childcare experience. We would like our nanny to be someone who is honest, nurturing, organized, structured, flexible, and engaging. It would also be a plus if the nanny is bilingual and knows sign language. Ideally, we want someone who can help with developmental milestones, meal preparation, and household management.

Our child is currently 7 months old. She is an extremely happy baby who loves books, arts, music, the outdoors, and discovering the world around her. However, she has a dairy sensitivity. We have a fast-paced, high-performing household with things changing all the time. Both parents work from home but at times, dad has to travel on 24-hour notice and mom has to go in to see clients last minute. We are looking for a motivated household nanny/family assistant that can match our pace with eagerness and want to be here.

We are both very laid back and are seeking somebody that is more Type A to help us stay organized and take initiative on household management and planning our child's weeks, meals, etc. We require the nanny to have prior experience as a nanny manager or family assistant, be COVID and Flu vaccinated, have their own transportation, and be comfortable with our pet dog. They must be a go-getter, able to keep up with this fast-paced family!

Primary nanny responsibilities include regular childcare, focus on the child's development, taking initiative on the child's daily activities (developmental focused, Montessori knowledge is a plus), grocery shopping & running errands, meal prep & assisting with family meals, tidying up the home, spearheading household organizational projects, researching/scheduling classes for the child, scheduling appointments, and managing household vendors. We offer paid days off, a long-term nanny position, holiday bonuses, and mileage reimbursement.

Work Hours: 20-25 hours per week | Mon Wed Fri or Tue Thu Sat
Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
